“Holly is amazing to work with!”
When I started working with Holly on March 8, 2017, I wrote down a few goals that I hoped to achieve. I wanted to be able to:
squat and pick up anything off the ground, balance on one foot, do more than 3 push-ups, lose belly fat, get rid of the man boobs, look good again in a T-shirt, develop some flexibility when I play golf, address the pain of bursitis in both shoulders, and have more energy. All my goals have been achieved!
Benefits from training
Now, not only can I bend over and tie my shoes, balance on one leg, do 200 push ups a day, leg press 400 lbs., but also I have a stomach that is not only lean but hard, and I have pecks again. I have gone from an XXL tee shirt to a size large, the bursitis is gone and I have energy to do fun things after working a full day.
Working out with Holly has resulted in my going from 228 lbs. to 200 lbs., from a size 40 pant to size 36, a body mass index (BMI) of 33 (Obese) to 25 (Normal), and a waist of 48” down to 38”. I can’t explain enough how fortunate I feel for having found Holly. She transformed not only my body but my spirit and way of thinking and will result in additional years of life ahead.
What I like about working with Holly
Holly is pleasant, positive, fun and supportive. Every time I work with her she has taught me that muscles will come back, even at my age. She is experienced and trained to work with adults over 40. At age 70, I now never have to worry about hurting myself. I have friends that have gone to a trainer only to get hurt and swear to never work out again. Holly has taught me how to work out in the proper way, with good form. She takes pride that all of her exercises are designed to work the body’s core. She watches over me and will stop me if my form cannot be held and could result in an injury, she always cheers me on and pushes me to do my best.
